California-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ride1Up has unveiled its new Revv1 evo model. Its distinguishing feature is a solid-state battery offering a substantial lifespan and rapid charging capabilities.
The Revv1 evo electric bike is entering the market and will be priced at $2395 in the USA. Details about the vehicle were disclosed on the manufacturer’s website.

The new Revv1 evo represents an enhanced iteration of the electric bicycle that has been in production since 2023. The solid-state battery is indeed the primary innovation.
This battery provides a range of up to 96 km and boasts an extended lifespan, retaining 80% of its initial capacity after 1200 charge-discharge cycles. This suggests the Revv1 evo electric bike can be operated for 10 years without requiring a battery replacement.
Furthermore, solid-state batteries exhibit reduced sensitivity to extreme temperatures, remaining unaffected by either freezing conditions or overheating. Full charging is completed in just 2 hours, a feat made possible because the battery can safely generate heat.

A 1 hp (750 W) electric motor enables acceleration up to 45 km/h. The Revv1 evo weighs 41 kg.
The electric bike is equipped with high-profile tires suitable for poor road conditions or light off-road terrain. Its features include disc brakes, a digital instrument cluster, and LED lighting.
